In order to experience your SPA visit as comfortable as possible, please keep in mind the following hints and recommendations:
| Our Alpine SPA open daily from 7 am - 8 pm |
| Please take seat at our waiting area prior to your treatment and enjoy a cup of tea. Our Alpine SPA team will pick you up. |
| Please adhere to our relax areas at our Alpine SPA. |
| If you cannot make it to your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hrs prior to your treatment, or we have to charge 50% of the treatment price to your room bill. |
| Early reservations will guarantee your preferred treatment appointment. |
| Please arrive dressed in underwear or bathing suit, with your bath robe, prior to your treatment. |
| Please keep in mind that our sauna area is a no-clothing area. |
| Children and younger guests are welcome at our swimming pool - all other areas of our Alpine SPA is for adults and guests older than 16 years only. |
| During the entire stay, parents are liable for their children. |
| Thursday from 2 pm to 5 pm, children and younger guests are welcome at our family sauna! |
| Please note that you should shower prior to every treatment and bath. |
